How can we help?
Everything about saving, sharing and gifting with Covet. Can’t find your answer? Contact us.
Getting started
Covet is one home for everything you want, from any store. You save products into wishlists, then share a wishlist with the people who buy you gifts.
- 1Create a free account with your email.
- 2Make your first wishlist — give it a name, a cover theme and, if you like, an occasion and date.
- 3Add a few things you want (see below), then hit Share to copy the link.
Adding items
Paste a link. Copy the address of any product page and paste it into Covet. We read the title, photo, price and store automatically, and you can edit anything before saving.
Add it by hand. Some shops hide their details, and some wishes aren’t on the internet at all (“a pottery class with you”). Add a title, price, note and an image link yourself.
Copying a product link
Every item in Covet starts with the address of the product page. Here’s how to grab it wherever you shop.
On a computer
Open the product page, click the address bar, and copy the link with Ctrl+C (Windows) or ⌘+C (Mac).
On a phone
In the shop’s app or your browser, tap Share, then Copy link. Most shopping apps have a Share button on every product.
- 1Copy the link of the product you want.
- 2In Covet, open a wishlist and tap Add item.
- 3Paste the link — we fill in the name, photo, price and store. Check the details, add a note if you like, and save.
Reservations & surprise mode
When someone opens your shared list, they can tap Reserve on the item they plan to buy. Everyone else viewing the list sees it’s taken, so nothing gets bought twice.
Guests don’t need an account. They reserve with their name and email, and we email them a private link they can use to release the reservation if plans change.
Surprise mode hides reservations from you, the owner. You’ll see your list as usual, but not which items are reserved or by whom — friends still see everything they need to coordinate. Turn it off anytime if you’d rather know.
Price tracking
On paid plans, Covet keeps an eye on the prices of items you saved by link. When something gets cheaper, we let you know, and every item shows its price history so you can tell a real deal from a blip.
Price tracking depends on the store showing a price on its page. Items added by hand aren’t tracked.
Collaborators
On the Family plan you can invite up to 6 co-owners to a list — perfect for wedding registries, baby lists or a household wishlist. Share an invite link; once accepted, co-owners can add, edit and organize items with you.
Account & billing
Covet is free to use. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars — compare them on the pricing page.

Privacy & safety
We only show what you choose to share. Product images are loaded through our own proxy, so stores can’t track who views your lists. Read the details in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
See something that breaks our acceptable use policy — spam, scams, counterfeit goods or harassment? Report it and we’ll take a look.

Likes & follows
Like public lists you love and follow people to keep up with their public wishlists. Your profile at mycovet.app/@username shows your public lists, and you can edit your name, photo and bio in settings.
Likes and follows only apply to public content. Private and unlisted lists never appear on your profile.
